Before discovering her passion for coaching, Gina led digital marketing for one of Genentech’s highest-grossing oncology brands. Previously, she worked in management consulting at EY and Slalom Consulting, advising on international tax strategy and leading technology implementation for Fortune 100 companies and global entrepreneurs. Throughout her career, she has gained cross-functional experience in sales, marketing, product, and commercial strategy – learning to understand business problems from different points of view and collaborate effectively. Alongside her corporate career, Gina discovered her passion for coaching – guiding hundreds of professionals and students through pivotal transitions, from MBA applicants finding their “why” to executives charting new career paths.
